Orion
air conditioning has installed Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning heat
pump Kirigamine ZEN units in their new office and warehouse at 10
Grisedale Court, Woburn Road Industrial Estate, Kempston, Bedfordshire,
MK42 7EE. This installation review includes the installation of a 2
split Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning Black Kirigamine ZEN
units in the sales office and accounts office. The
building is a industrial style unit with metal clad panel work and
spread across two levels. The intension of using the Mitsubishi Electric
Air Conditioning heat pump Kirigamine ZEN systems was as a complete
space cooling and heating solution. This gives the user the option of
cooling in the summer while offering ultra-efficient heating of the
office areas when required. The units are also ECA listed which means
the full installation cost is claimed back as a tax allowance for
commercial users.

What Model ZEN air conditioning units were installed: The
modern design and crisp black gloss finish of the Mitsubishi Electric
Air Conditioning heat pump Kirigamine ZEN unit gives them the ability to
fit seamlessly into a modern office or home. The Orion air conditioning
office had a colour scheme of white walls with black skirting board so
the ZEN units fitted in well with the decorative scheme. Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning heat pump Kirigamine ZEN Controller: The
ZEN controller has a weekly timer which is very useful for office
environments where the building is occupied 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
There are 6 fan speed settings including super quiet which operates as
low as 21dB, this is a great feature as it can be used in a bedroom for
silent cooling / heating when the room is at its quietest. The vane
control has 7 setting including swing and automatic function. A easy to
control and program air conditioning controller. The ZEN's front
operation lights inform the user how much of a differential there is
between the set temperature of the air conditioning unit and the room
temperature. If the room temperature is 2 DegC different the second LED
lights up. If the unit has 1 LED lit then the unit is within 1 DegC.
Air
conditioning efficiency, costing and CO2 emissions: When
considering air conditioning and heating it is worth
considering quality air conditioning manufacturers such as
Mitsubishi Electric for trouble free heating and cooling. Cheaper air
conditioning units do the job but lack control features that commercial
air conditioning systems have as standard. For example, a 24Hr/7day
timer so when your office isn't occupied the air conditioning is not
running costing you money. A 7 day timer is a worthwhile consideration
with the price of electricity if you are heating or cooling a unoccupied
area for 1 hour a day 5 days a week the cost will soon mount up.
Generally, if a 2.5 kW air conditioning heat pump was to be run at full
power continuously for 10 hours/day it will cost in the region of
UK£0.19/hour at current UK electricity costs (autumn 2013). Usually air
conditioning will switch off once it has reached temperature and with
new high COP inverter models this cost is almost halved to 0.095p/hour. Inverter
air conditioning units are recommended for daily usage 5%
VAT for home installations If
you are a home user you will only have to pay 5% VAT on the entire
installation. For commercial users claim a tax allowance via ECA
program. This is limited to professional commercial systems and is well
worth taking up as you will be able to write off the equipment &

New "Hyper Lossnay Core". At only 25um (approx. 1/5 the thickness of LGH-RX3) the Lossnay core uses the thinnest paper in the world to achieve high enthalpy exchange efficiency. If you are looking for fresh air exchange the Mitsubishi Lossnay is well worth looking at and has been tried and tested for many years in home and commercial.
