•14 April 2020 Orion AC&R Ltd is proud to announce project "Kaspa" a new range of products and treatments to deal with the Coronavirus outbreak. These include temperature cameras, ionisers, foggers and UV sterilisation equipment.

• 26 March 2020 Covid19 Update on operations: Orion AC&R Ltd has closed its office and warehouse operations as of Friday 20th March due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Our office telephone line is non-contactable until staff return. All sales staff are now working from home, they can be contacted via the email address below and distribution operations are still in place for products showing the "BUY NOW" tab including air conditioning, heating and fan products. All on-line orders are still being fore fulfilled at this time. Products from Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic, Hitachi, Lg, Carrier, Midea and many others are not effected and are still available for delivery in the UK. We hope to be back to normal operations as soon as government guidelines advice.

Orion air conditioning and refrigeration Ltd have completed a project for Mansfield Baptist Church, Nottinghamshire. Customer requirements was a replacement heating system for the church. 17 x Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial - SRK63ZE-S1 Wall Mounted (6.3kW 21000 Btu) inverter were installed in 5 areas of the church saving money and using the inverter heat pump compressor energy saving capabilities.

• 21/11/09 Kenco Techniques project completion.

Orion air conditioning and refrigeration Ltd have completed a project for Kenco Techniques, Bedfordshire the manufactures of Formula 1 racing engine and body parts for Red Bull F1 and many other racing teams. Customer requirements was a replacement heat pump / air conditioning system to replace a oil heating system. Two Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial FDUM100V Ducted Air Conditioning (10 kW / 33000 Btu) inverter were installed in two CNC production areas with much of the heat being re-circulated from the production machines thus saving money and using the inverter heat pump compressor energy saving capabilities.

• 01/06/09 completion of project for ERS Electronic Reading Systems Bedford

Orion air conditioning is pleased to complete a project for Electronic Reading Systems based in Bedford Bedfordshire. Orion air conditioning installed 1 x Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial SCM80-ZG Multi Inverter 4 x 2.5 kW room air conditioning system which serviced the main office with a STM cassette ceiling conditioning and other office area were serviced by the SKM wall units each with individual controllers to serve the air conditioning unit. ERS supply electronic reading systems to retail outlets through out the world.

The project consisted of 1 x Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial SRK35ZG-S (3.9kW 12000 Btu) Inverter Air Conditioning with outdoor cage for the unit and 1 x Mini-Lime Condensate pump on the indoor unit to extract the indoor condensate water.

Thyssen-Krupp Services, a subsidiary of the $70bn internationally operating Thyssen-Krupp Group, created ThyssenKrupp Aerospace in 2008 following their acquisition of Apollo Metals and Aviation Metals. The Fujitsu air conditioning AOY80 multi outdoor unit was connected to 4 indoor units for one wing of the building.
